If you engage Celestial Digital for any services (Digital Marketing, Web Development, Software Solutions, or AI Implementation), a separate Service Agreement or Proposal will be provided. In the event of any conflict between these website Terms and Conditions and the specific Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

6. Payment Terms

For retained services or project-based work, payment terms will be strictly adhered to as per the invoices issued. Celestial Digital reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
